Stephen J. Bravo:

Steve is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). He received a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Bentley College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BS in BA) from Suffolk University. He is a former Charter Member of The Forensic & Business Valuation Division, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Foundation (AAMLF). In order to focus exclusively on tax and financial issues, Steve retired from performing business valuations. His former credentials include Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified Business Appraiser (CBA). 

Samuel B. Bravo:

Sam is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He received a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School. Sam prepares individual, business and trust income tax returns, prepares estate & gift tax returns, performs tax planning & retirement planning analyses, and conducts income tax research regarding tax issues facing our clients. Sam is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Planning program.

Jennifer Bowhill:

Jennifer is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jennifer heads up the firm’s accounting practice where she prepares financial statements and tax returns for our business clients. Jennifer works very closely with clients in helping them with many other of their accounting needs. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and has extensive experience in individual tax return preparation.

Vernon Smith:

Vernon is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He joined the firm after 35 years of service with the Federal Government. He spent three years in the U.S. General Accounting Office and 32 years in the Treasury Department with the Internal Revenue Service where he concluded his career as a Case Leader of the Boston Office Appeals Department. Vernon is our liaison with the IRS and Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
