Termination of Clean Vehicle Tax Credits
The 2025 Tax Act has terminated both the Clean Vehicle Tax Credit and the Previously Owned (Used) Clean Vehicle Tax Credit effective 9/30/25. This means that any vehicle that previously qualified for either credit will no longer be allowed to be taken if purchased after 9/30/25. Some exceptions may apply.
